A perfect cooking

Bring the water to a boil, add coarse salt and throw in the pasta. When the water starts boiling again, lower the heat and cook for the time specified on the package, stirring often. The foam produced during cooking is an indication of the naturalness of the product; remove the foam with a skimmer or a spoon.  At the end of cooking, check the consistency of the pasta by tasting it, then drain, season as desired, and enjoy.
