The products are subject only to the processing strictly necessary to be performed. All takes place at low temperatures, and the finished product is subject to slow static drying. Our pasta reaches your table from an environment designed and built to give you the maximum hygienic-sanitary guarantees and the highest quality.
Inside the factory, industrial and manual processing coexist to guarantee attention to detail and a quality artisan level, even for large quantities. The production site is also dedicated exclusively to the production of gluten-free pasta.
