Comments:
The Libré Chickpea Pasta dressed with garlic, oil and chilli pepper is highly useful in winter or towards autumn when we want to reinforce our immune system and prevent the flu. The garlic is able to stimulate the immune function and along with the chilli pepper, which contains an active substance given by the Capsaicin with anti-bacterial properties, make of this dish a very good partner to prevent or combat the earlier signs of flu. The chilli pepper is, also, a spice rich in vitamins: mostly vitamin C, but also A, B2, E, PP, K2, as well as copper, potassium, fatty acids, lecithin, pectin and other minerals.
Together with the chickpea pasta, which is rich in proteins, poor in fats and rich in saponins, the chilli pepper works with to maintain under control the lipoproteins (fats and cholesterol) by stimulating the creation of bile acids, which remove the cholesterol.
This dish is, also, useful for those who wish to loose weight: the garlic helps to normalize the blood pressure, the thermogenic chilli pepper helps to consume more calories and the proteic chickpea pasta with some bread’s carbohydrates and the sunflower seed provide all the essential amino-acids, giving to the dish a well balanced protein value for our health.
During the first cooling evenings, it’s easy, fast and complete.
