Yellow lentils tagliatelle with onion sauce

Recipe for 3 people

Ingredients:
TAGLIATELLE 180 GR
3 white onions
100 gr of durum wheat breadcrumb
 3 spoons of flakes of yeast
 2 spoons of soy milk
 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
 chopped pistachios, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large pan stew for 25 minutes onions cut into thin round slices with oil (halfway cooked add 1/2 glass of lukewarm water). When the onions are wilted add the breadcrumb soaked in cooking water and blended, soy milk, salt and pepper and continue cooking until you get a thick cream. Boil the tagliatelle, drain “al dente” and pour into the pan with the onion sauce. Then serve with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkling of yeast in flakes, freshly ground pepper, pistachios and, if desired, chopped sunflower seeds and pumpkin.
Comments:
This preparation is very tasty and easy to make. It lends itself to reuse the leftover bread (do not throw it away).
This preparation can have a diuretic effect helping the body to eliminate excess water and this is the reason why it is a valid ally against cellulite; It is extremely digestible since the onions during cooking lose hydrogen sulfide and become lighter and tasty. The calcium found in the legumes of GoviFarm pasta, in the seeds and in the onions used for the seasoning, makes this dish very helpful ton streghten bones without resorting to cheeses that are naturally rich in saturated fats.
