We are an Italian company, and we produce one of the most important foods of our tradition that conquered the whole world: pasta. Our pasta is made of gluten-free flour from legumes and grains, is organic and vegan, and is available in a wide range of shapes.
A main course simple but at the same time tasty and delicate. It is suitable for both children and adults and it is adaptable to every season, both hot and cold. An idea to enhance tofu, a protein-rich food without cholesterol and with a moderate amount of carbohydrates. An alternative pizzaiola without the classic mozzarella that reminds one of our national food par excellence: Pizza.
Ingredients:
240 gr of casarecce yellow lentils
Tomato sauce
180 gr of tofu
1 white onion
Basil to taste
Dried oregano to taste
Olio evo q.b.
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper to taste
1. Chop up the onion and brown it in olive oil for a few minutes. Add tofu, tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes. Add basil and oregano
2. Blend the freshly cooked mixture into a blender
3. Boil the pasta in slightly salted boiling water
4. Add the seasoning obtained, add pepper and a drizzle of olive oil
5. Serve it warm
